**Return Policy**

At Coco & Kimmy Co., we take great pride in creating custom products that are uniquely designed for you. Because each of our items is personalized to your specifications, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

**No Returns on Personalized Items**
- Customized Orders: All of our products are made to order and fully customized according to your preferences. As such, **we do not accept returns on personalized items**. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
- Design Approval: We encourage customers to double-check all personalization details, including names, colors, and other custom features, to ensure accuracy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

**No Refunds for Product Preference**
- Customer Selection: We understand that everyone has different tastes. However, **no refunds will be issued if you do not like the product** you selected. We work hard to ensure that each item is crafted with care and meets high-quality standards, but we cannot guarantee personal preferences.

**Exchanges**
- Case-by-Case Basis: While we do not accept returns or provide refunds, **exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis**. If you believe there is a valid reason for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges will only be considered if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the design you approved. All exchange requests are subject to approval, and additional fees may apply.
- Postage for Exchanges: If an exchange is approved, **the customer will be responsible for covering the postage costs** associated with returning the item and shipping the replacement. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description of the issue and include photos. Pictures will be required to determine eligibility. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.
- Postage for Returns: In the event of a return due to damage or defect, **the customer may be responsible for the return postage costs**. If a replacement is issued, we will cover the shipping costs of the new item.
