**Processing Time**
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Customization: If your order includes customized items, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

**Shipping Methods & Delivery Time**
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the US. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

 - Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

**Shipping Fees**
- Domestic Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the selected shipping method.
**We currently do not ship internationally**

**Order Tracking**
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress on the carrier's website.

**Incorrect Shipping Information**
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Coco & Kimmy Co. is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at cocoandkimmy@gmail.com.

**Delayed or Lost Shipments**
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Coco & Kimmy Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
- In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and provide a resolution.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the damage and include photos to determine eligibility. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation at our discretion.
